I JUST checked my status online and it says our i129f petition has been approved. Our NOA1 date was 7 May, alien reg# changed on 14 May and we filed at CSC, I signed up for email updates but did not recieve email notification. My fiance is military but we did not request an expedite. Hope this helps and good luck to you all!

Just an update, number ending with 98 just a few behind mine is now showing that USCIS can't provide them with information. After researching it seems that when this happens you can expect either a RFE or approval soon.

I am expecting it will be an approval since the case before it, #97 had a RFE a month ago in June. Regardless it looks like they're doing work on May cases with NOA1 around May 10th!

I've been checking EAC numbers too and the one right ahead of me ending in 2762 got an rfe, all others are still in initial review.. I wished someone could explain the logic behind this processing process to me lol

Looks like your about to be approved. 2762 has a rfe like you said however the status of 2761 just changed to file not found on system. If that's yours your definitely being touched right now. Fingers crossed for you.

Noticed 2769, 2754 2759 was approved today 23 rd july. 2758 yesterday 22nd July. 2778 name updated 21st July. 2756 not found so about to be approved or rfe. 2766 rfe.2715 rfe. Lots more may 10 noa1 I noticed that have not been touched at all. We may still be in for a long wait guys.

I must ask you how do you know what the NOA1 is for numbers such as -12769? Am I missing something or are those numbers around your case?

The alien reg is what I go by. If alien reg is 10th may. I checked earlier on it was still saying 10th may then it changed to approval.

This numbers aren't around my case. I usually type in numbers before and after mine. My alien reg change was 13th may so i checked the numbers with alien reg change before mine that's how I noticed the changes.
