One person near my EAC # from VSC received a RFE. I'm looking for more in my EAC area to at least be touchd in the next couple of weeks. prayerful and hopeful that we don't have to wait too long

Yes it won't be long now. I think we are all at the edge of our seats wondering who's going to be next lol. Now we all checking numbers around ours seeing if there any indication ours will be picked up next.

I've been getting an unusual amount of texts this morning from friends and i've been disappointed each time I see it isn't from USCIS!

Get yourself the app on your phone. It alerted me today to that alien number change for the person who's receipt number was after mine cos the app allows you to type in 5 receipt numbers close to yours and when approvals or file gets touched. Hey I just downloaded the app thanks for this advice. it will save me the headache of going only throughout the day and will save my job in case i get caught online...lol

Lol your welcome. We all in this waiting together. It asks you to pay if you want to store more numbers but from what I heard its not worth paying for it since the free one does the same job. It's a cool app saves me some time and alerts me quickly when files get touched. We got a lot to thank god for cos lets face it we have not even reached our 3month mark and already they are looking at may files.

Hahaha I wish I was touched today lol. No such luck though. Am sure anyone getting touched will let us know. The persons who's alien number change yesterday has still not been approved yet.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

Morning all. I got my police certificate in the post today from ACRO. Dated 17th July on the letter. Anyway no criminal records reprimands or caution lol. I guess that's another step closer. Must say my post man did crease it for me when he pushed it through the letter box. I guess he couldn't be bothered to knock and hand it to me typical. I hope we see more approvals today. Come on people come forward with good news and give the rest of us hope.

05/07/2013 NOA1 hard copy

05/13/2013 Alien number change a email from USCIS

07/29/2013 NOA2 Approval email from USCIS

08/03/2013 NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

08/16/2013 file sent to NVC

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

08/28/2013 file ready according to CEAC website

08/30/2013 packet 3 sent with DS-2001

O9/05/2015 medical appointment

09/06/2013 packet 3 arrived in the mail.

09/10/2013 CEAC update medical result received by embassy

10/04/2013 CEAC update dos says waiting to give interview date

10/11/2013 packet 4 interview letter arrived

10/22/2013 interview at London embassy

10/22/2013 Approved the visa

I JUST checked my status online and it says our i129f petition has been approved. Our NOA1 date was 7 May, alien reg# changed on 14 May and we filed at CSC, I signed up for email updates but did not recieve email notification. My fiance is military but we did not request an expedite. Hope this helps and good luck to you all!

I am afraid there is no logic. I have seen rfes close to my number that have even had replays back that still haven't been approved. We can only pray we get our approvals soon. The one ahead of you probably is in another adjucators pile.
