The difference between Vermont and California is insane....your estimated date is middle of August, mine is middle of October and my NOA1 was May 10th... lol This process is the cause of cases of temporary insanity I am sure! kicking.gif

Hey few days diffrence with our noa1 I wonder who will be next lol. We know know there so particular order right so it's anyone next. Any one think they may do another batch of transfers this week? considering the transfers on the 10th have started getting approvals,

It is comeing up to our 3 months wait i guess in a few weeks. So I would expect the next month or 2 we shall start seeing approval numbers for may increaseing. Roll on end of the month.

I sent all the normal things, following the checklist I got from this site! I had both letters of intent, the proof of meeting in the last two years, with pictures. I had around 20 pages of conversations from online and I had pictures from before he left to go home (when we first met). I don't think I had anything exceptional, and I didn't include phone records-- just internet communication. I hope you receive your NOA2 soon! I didn't get any RFEs or anything, just straight from NOA1 to NOA2.

My petition went through VSC. So hopefully you'll get news soon! smile.png

Excellent, I didn't send as much as I was told I didn't because the Italian consulates are easier (or so USCIS told me).

With that being said I send 60+ time stamped photos from 2007 until 2013 plus photos of mine and my fiance's passport stamps (she visited me for 3 months this Spring). We didn't have any of the paper boarding passes from our flights (never thought to keep them).

Hopefully there won't be a need for an RFE but I think it is a great sign for us May filers! It gives us some hope at least! :)

Thank god vsc is finally getting things done quickly. I am soo happy for you guys now on to the next phase NVC. I bet your going to be checking mail religiously now. Let us know when you get your hard copy. Have you started getting other bits ready yet? If not start ASAP so there's no delays.

No, Middle East North African countries tend to not be rushed. From the research i've done it seems it is rare for anything to really be expedited. Countries with special conditions like Cuba would probably be the only who are truly rushed (although I'm not sure how easy it is or if it is even possible for Cubans to contact Americans and apply for a visa....).

Everything I've read seems to point towards expedited cases being determined on an individual basis more so than based on the country.

I think VSC is finally getting their act together! Hoping as well. :P

I don't think so. But they definitely touching may files now cos I just done some digging around numbers and noted that a few people who had alien registration number changed on the 13th may have either got a RFE or a approval. The numbers I just saw we're ending july 16th 5785 rfe , 5757 approved on the 15th July. July 16 th 5746 RFE and may 21st 5747 rfe. Theses people definatley had the same alien registration change of number on the 13 th of may cos that's when my alien number changed.so we are all close at least we know they Are looking at may files. Plus they are all Vsc. We shall see what will happen over the next week or so.

So the VCS is now working on May Fiers after the famous transfer of March and April! Wow please Lord help the adjudicators to have more energy to approve us.. all of us!!!

So the VCS is now working on May Fiers after the famous transfer of March and April! Wow please Lord help the adjudicators to have more energy to approve us.. all of us!!!

05/13/2013 Alien number change a email from USCIS

07/29/2013 NOA2 Approval email from USCIS

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

1/31/2014 I-485 accepted receipt number and hard copy has been sent. Processed at National Benefits Centre.

1/28/2014 I-131 application for travel documents in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

wow! case # ending 28, 29 just get rfe and 31 just got approve. we are just 6 number after. i am freaking out a bit..lol!hoping and praying its our next to be touch..
