I'm still here!! Life is good! My fiancée has adjusted well and actulally likes the cold and snow...I will never understand! Tomorrow us his birthday, Friday Valentined Day and next Friday we will be married at the courthouse on the first anniversary of our engagement! We will have another wedding ceremony in the summer so we can invite family and friends! This gives his family and friends in Rio de Janeiro time to plan!!!

Congrats to all of the new approvals!!!!

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online

I feel like the only May filer still stuck in limbo!!! I have the money waiting to purchase plane tickets. The wedding is fully planned except for the date. I'm so ready for this process to be over so we can move on to the AOS!

Hey May filers,

I Know this is a little off-topic but since some of you are probably working on your Adjustment of Status phase (or maybe you aren't but can still answer) here is a question for you:

On form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Resident or Adjust Status), on page 2, it asks for a non-immigrant visa number. Which number is this?? When I log onto the CEAC website it says it's an immigrant number, so I am a little confused!
