Hmmmm..... Now it says Ready with the case creation date as today and the message is different! Promising because it says to check back in two business days for status of application! Hope that means approved! Now the sad thing is that it's so close to Christmas and flight prices went up so high.

I just have to quit stalking the CEAC site! I'm gonna be crazy soon! My fiancee's went from Administrative Processing for two weeks after his interview on November 27. they needed a better copy of taxes and got them. It was stuck there for over a week after they received the papers they needed but the date updated almost daily and yesterday it said Ready but still had the October case creation date. Today it said Ready with today's date and the new creation date is today. The message was different though and said check back within two days for status of case. It only stayed like that for two hours and then went back to Administrative Processing!!! Meanwhile the price of flights rise. All I want for Christmas is my fiancee....

same thing with my case, it should be ISSUED after two days! Just relax my dear.

8 weeks today after NOA2 Texas service center. NVC don't have our case number. USCIS said it was sent to embassy. Embassy refused to reply my email. I really do not know what to do. My police reports from two different countries are ready and counting already. Any advice on how to go about this? Every useful details will be appreciated.

If the NVC doesn't have a case # yet, the embassy won't have it because they get it and then send it to the embassy. When did USCIS send if? I know with ours, they didn't send it to NVC got 6 weeks then it was another two before the NVC created a case. I hope they do something soon. I hope someone else can give you better advice. I'd definitely get dates from USCIS because if if takes too long they may need to extend the expiration date!! Waiting is so hard!!

I'm happy for all the approvals even though it's heartbreaking to see everyone I started with moving on to the next phase. I was naive as well and planned my wedding for Valentine weekend now have to change everything.

I'm getting my kids passports so that we can spend spring break in Jamaica with my fiance and his kids

I woke up to the best news ever!! Visa Issued!! That was stressful but now all we gotta do is book a flight! We had hoped for before Christmas but that's only gonna be the case if God presents me with a miracle deal when I log onto the Delta site tonight!! We HAD enough Skymiles to get it for just taxes and fees but snce it's so close to the day we will fly him now we do not. It's ok though!! I AM HAPPY!!!!!!!

Don't book your flight until you're sure you know when you'll have the visa in hand. My CEAC status has been "Issued" since Thursday and I've not heard anything about the actual delivery yet. But then again as long as it's delivered by January 17th in my case it'll be all good.

We're probably going to book him for January 7 so I should be safe. The earliest would be December 30 if that date is still available. He paid for next day delivery but the embassy said they can take two days to send it out from date of issue. I'm thinking 3 days at most.

Yes, indeed (on all counts - married before AOS, easier because you'll be together, and this was possibly the hardest part).

Visa arrived today, and I can tell you that I feel bloody relieved right about now. Roll on Jan 17th - my date of entry.

YAAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!! Same here!!!!! VISA JUST ARRIVED!!!!!!! Flight booked for JANUARY 15!!!!!!!!!! Now we just wait!!!!!! Soooooo excited!!!!!!!

I am on cloud 9 right now!! We booked the flight last night because we knew the visa should arrive this week. We were up talking on Skype until 3 am my time (6 am his) at 5:15 am MY time only 2 hours after going to bed he sent me a text with a picture of the package and his visa!!! We were both so excited about booking the flight that we couldn't sleep and then we were even more excited that he had it in his hands!!!!! Neither of us slept for more than two hours and I have had a busy day at work. People have been cranky and mean and I've got a permanent grin!!! Four weeks from today I will be with my guy!!!!! His flight leaves Rio at 10:30 on January 15 and I pick him up at 11:30 am on the 16th!! I just put in for some vacation days at work so I can spend some time with him! Yeaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!! He's put most of his belongings such as furniture and stuff up for sale!!! It is amazing that this finally feels real!!! I hope everyone else gets their approvals soon!!!!!
