It's after 5pm in Rio so I am sure no chance for news before the weekend. cray5ol.gif I just want us to start our lives together and we can't book a plane ticket til I know more. I believe it will be approved. i just wish I knew when. I want to spend Christmas with the love of my life.

Oh wow!! I'm sorry! I do hope you guys find a way! It's heartbreaking because we can't be with the person we fell in love with as much as we would like and then we have to jump through hoops to make it happen. Someone said that when you have to work hard for something it means a lot more and I really think that's true. My fiancee means the world to me and I'm going to find a way to make this work. I told my boss on Wednesday when they suggested I send it fedex overnight that I had to do it. She was ok with it so I took a few extra minutes. $104.33 to send a envelope from Michigan to Rio but if I had it, my fiancee is worth that times a million. I was so excited that the package was delivered at the embassy today but heartbroken when it was time for the embassy to close and our status still said Admimistrative Processing. The good news is that it is NOT a denial.... just a delay. Just keep the faith. My fiancee and I both pray every night and I have no doubts. heart.gifheart.gifheart.gifheart.gifheart.gif

Hey not been around the site for a while just been too busy . Then I had my surgery etc so still recovering from that.

Sorry it's costing more than you had planned for but like you said don't be giving up. And yes Christmas is going to have to be on a budget for me too. I told the adults not to expect any Christmas present only the little ones will be getting something. Where there is a will there is a way. Your kids will understand there's always next year when your finances are stronger together with your husband.

I am still floating around London. Today my family are coming over and we plan a dinner. It will be the last day they see me till they come in may. I will be flying out Monday afternoon so it's a few days left for last minute. All my suite cases are bulging and I have no more luggage allowance.

Hope you manage to get all the stuff sorted out.

Thank you!! That's what we are thinking (praying) too!! They should get the papers anytime! FedEx says on vehicle for delivery but it's 2:00 there so in not sure if they will get to ya today! I really hope so! We want to book that flight!!

Congrats on your arrival...what is the I-94 and why is it needed? Does everyone immigrating to the US need it?

The I-194 is needed for your fiancés adjustment of status. My understanding is that it is now on the computer system and they no longer. Give paper copies. So what you will have to do is print it of there after he has arrived with the kids and send it in with all your AOS application forms.

Not been here for a while.... In the USA with my baby now, had a great thanksgiving..... Gonna sort out ssn next week then hopefully marry on the 23rd if everything falls into place. ?

Not long now Nurseling, I bet you are very excited.....

Does every case say administrative processing before approved? They got my docs and read them. I got an email saying they were received and forwarded for review. My first reaction was panic but then thought maybe that's normal? If it does, how long til it says approved! The stress of this is seriously making me sick! I just want to be with my guy!!
