Just sent in my packet 3 and it arrived on Friday at the embassy. The case status on CEAC updated to yesterday so i am guessing that just means they have scanned my application into their system because there is no way they could be ready to send packet 4 after a day haha.

Hi guys

My visa is due to be couriered today so up early got all my house work done and waiting in anticipation lol. Kept my self busy juicing greens this morning. Trying to live a healthier life style with the juicing.

Hopefully he doesn't turn up at 5.00 in the evening and he comes to me first.

How are you getting on so far?

Waiting on I-134's from USA. My co sponsor is an immigration lawyer (never really had to enlist his help) and has been flat out with seminars, but he is going to be sitting down completing it in the next few days. He is going to send it from TX to WA, then my fiance will express post everything to me that i need. I'm about to fill in the DS160 tomorrow, so the embassy can start processing our case. Hopefully early - mid Nov, I should be able to send packet 3 back to the embassy.

Waiting on I-134's from USA. Looks like your on the way yourself. See I never need to fill out DS-160 but I did fill out ds-260 which was a waste of time cos they didn't need it and it all changed again straight after I filled it out.

About the sponsors it was funny cos even though I had the tax returns and his pay stubs like 6 of them and a letter from employer they only took the letter from employer only and didn't even ask to see the rest. His income was more than enough and we didn't need a co sponsor so not sure what that would have entailed here in London. I guess it means your sponsor has to fill out i134 too. Seem you have it all under control though. Try and get the stuff out as soon as you get the supporting docs from your sponsor. Almost there now how are you getting on with the packing. My flat is a mess right now don't know what to take and leave lol.

No no! Lol If it was $75 a flight, i'd be visiting all the time hahah! It's $75 charge if i want to change my flight. My flight there cost $1,776. That equates to around 1,049.08 British pounds. I had to go to yahoo to convert it lol. Wow 650.00 pounds i consider that cheap haha. Then again Australia is far from the rest of the world!

Yesh I'll get the documents back asap. Good to know about the supporting evidence for the I-134. If they dont need them, I'm happy to send back once I get to USA. And yes, my co-sponsor needs to fill out the I-134 also with supports, but being a immi laywer, he does it on daily basis. It's just weird as now he's on the other end of it LOL.

I have been selling bits and pieces, but with 3 children, i can't get rid of alot yet, but the kids rooms are much easier to clean now, with less ####### in them LOL.

Woo hoo. how exciting. $75 is good just in case. I've been looking at 6-20th Jan for flights. Seems to be a little cheaper. I'll be VERY lucky to find plane tickets for us under $4500. With the medicals, plane tickets and hotel for interview, visa payment and one way travel there is going to cost approx $6800. We wont have even left Australia by then wow.gif

No no! Lol If it was $75 a flight, i'd be visiting all the time hahah! It's $75 charge if i want to change my flight. My flight there cost $1,776. That equates to around 1,049.08 British pounds. I had to go to yahoo to convert it lol. Wow 650.00 pounds i consider that cheap haha. Then again Australia is far from the rest of the world!

Yesh I'll get the documents back asap. Good to know about the supporting evidence for the I-134. If they dont need them, I'm happy to send back once I get to USA. And yes, my co-sponsor needs to fill out the I-134 also with supports, but being a immi laywer, he does it on daily basis. It's just weird as now he's on the other end of it LOL.

I have been selling bits and pieces, but with 3 children, i can't get rid of alot yet, but the kids rooms are much easier to clean now, with less ####### in them LOL.

Woo hoo. how exciting. $75 is good just in case. I've been looking at 6-20th Jan for flights. Seems to be a little cheaper. I'll be VERY lucky to find plane tickets for us under $4500. With the medicals, plane tickets and hotel for interview, visa payment and one way travel there is going to cost approx $6800. We wont have even left Australia by then wow.gif

Ouch. Yeah $75 isn't much considering what you paid for ticket. Well done

1/31/2014 I-485 accepted receipt number and hard copy has been sent. Processed at National Benefits Centre.

1/28/2014 I-131 application for travel documents in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

It's amazing how much this all costs! I haven't bought any new clothes or bags or shoes etc in the past few months as i have put away most of my income for visa, wedding and travel costs lol.

I am sure that in Jan flights will be cheaper. Do you have any particular airline in mind? Some of the cheaper airlines are usually united airlines. I am going with Etihad airways. It was cheaper than Qantas and i've booked for boxing day.
