4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

thank you everyone for all the well wishes and congratulations messages, i'm happy i was part of this group. and as about the questions at the interview, its easy. mostly its all about your fiance, how you met, when you last see each other in person and basically asking your whole love story. that's what they asked me yesterday. goodluck to everyone and don't worry too much you will get your visas soon too. September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

Hi cathyvrph! I noticed you're from the Philippines too. I tried to observe first the processes and timelines as well as read forums and K1 process but I'm still confused. I hope you can enlighten me since you're done and you got your visa already. Can you tell me what happens after you got your case number from NVC. I notice you already scheduled the interview and medical yourself. Does it mean I don't need to wait for Packet 3 and 4? I can see that you have a quick timeline after your NOA2. Do I need to bring any letter in St. Lukes?

Thank you so much in advance for your help. I get confused since some were given schedules and others got schedules on their own for the medical and interview. i would really appreciate specifics.

i'm waiting now for my NVC Case number.

My fiance called NVC today. They said they received our file today but they don't have the case number yet.

Our lawyer has called/emailed NVC twice with no information available. Thank goodness this is a new week! I'm thinking I might call myself and find out if the NVC has our file yet.

It has only been 10 days since my NOA2 and I'm from Vermont Service Center. My fiance promised me he'll keep calling everyday until we get our number. We still have 4 weekdays ahead. I hope more good news for all of us here.

I've read that from CSC that it average of about 40-45 days for case numbers. I would think you will hear something by the end of this week or the very start of next week. We are right beihnd you. We have been waiting 33 days now. Good luck

I think I've asked this before, so I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself... BUT:

Does the USCIS website update your case status when they've shipped/received your file at the NVC? I am checking INCESSANTLY every day hoping to see a change and while I know that does no good, it also helps me remember to take this one day at a time :)

I think I've asked this before, so I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself... BUT:

Does the USCIS website update your case status when they've shipped/received your file at the NVC? I am checking INCESSANTLY every day hoping to see a change and while I know that does no good, it also helps me remember to take this one day at a time smile.png

There seems to be a gltich at CSC. You most likely wont get an email or update on USCIS when NVC reached. Texas and Vermont filers usually do, but CSC dont. I have not recieved any notifications and my USCIS is still stuck on 4th September Approval.
