Congratulation nice to hear good news. Am sure your over the moon right now.

Remember to have another letter of intent from both parties. Same as the one you filed with I-129f but dated closer to interview. More photos that you may have of both of you, skype logs, cards/mail you have sent. Maybe even a letter from friends/family that know you both to say that you are both happily in love etc.

Good luck

I have just scheduled our medicals (without case number). 22nd October. Dr. Charles is away for 2 weeks soon, so glad I got in then. $450 for me and $250 each for my children (3 children). protest6wz.gif $1200 for medicals. Oh boy, $5000 for flights, $1500+ for visas and can't wait for AOS time. I'll be broke LOL.

Thanks for the information Ozgirl!

Check DHL this morning and our package arrived in Naples! :) 25 days from NOA2 until arrival. Unfortunately the Consulate in Naples isn't too helpful, as I asked them to confirm it's arrival so we could go ahead and send in the required documents in order to schedule and interview (since we've had the forms completed for 2 months now) and they just told me to wait for the Packet 3 to arrive in the mail. So hopefully that will not take too long!

Hopefully by the end of November all of us May filers will be done with the process!

I waited about 8 days not 8 weeks.... But I called DOS to get ours, I have just called them again and they said my invoice ID number I have to call the NVC for, then she started saying it was on line somewhere when I start filling out forms..... I'm so confused right now..... ?

I'd still call NVC for it personally. If the best they can do is say "it's online *somewhere*" then that doesn't inspire confidence.

Short update... my fiancé called the DOS and got our case no. today.

They told him to call NVC for more information (if they sent it to the embassy and when they received it). But the case no. says they entered our case in their system on Sept. 24th.

So it took NVC 12 days after NOA2....

Everything seems faster all of a sudden. All the approvals and so on. I am sure NVC speeded up the process too :)
