May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online

Just finished completing the documents for our RFE. Sent it to my fiance thru DHL this afternoon so he can add the other documents he needs to submit. Unlike the others who were able to reply the next day to their RFE, it will take me more than 1 week. I hope that's ok. I'm also worried about DHL because I am used to LBC. I just read forums about DHL problems (I hope they're not true).

Anyway, all I need to do now is wait again. I wish it won't take too long for NOA2 after we submit our reply to RFE.

Btw, congratulations to all whose Visas were already approved! This group is a very big help to me.

My fiancés interview at the consulate was approved. She'll receive her VISA via courier service in the next 3-5 days. I'm planning a massive road trip from Austin, TX to Vancouver, BC, and back with her and her stuff. I am very excited.

Any news on the VSC to TSC September 4 transfers? Getting a bit upset that we haven't receieved our NOA2 by now and so many people who filed after May 16 have been getting approved.

yeah, this is nerve wrecking to see the people you started off with getting their visas and seeing peipke after us get approved

Chin up. But I do agree. I think it's offensive that there's no structure or justice to how they approve petitions..

It is pretty hard to take this in. Especially when the avg processing time seems to be around 3 months. But trying to ve strong despite the tears. Let us try to stay positive and it will be our turn soon.

I am sure that all of you that are still waiting will get approved soon. I am not one that stays so positive but that my fiance was really positiv all the time helped so much. So I will try to pass that positive attitude on to you!

I am sure that it is a really good thing to get transferred to Texas. They seem to really have this under control. Maybe those who got approved very very fast had to wait a little longer to get their case transferred to the NVC. But therefore all of you who are waiting will have a speed-walk through the NVC :-) So.... Chin up.... I am sure we will have more approvals soon.

I just came back from the US yesterday and I am still sooo upset that I had to leave again. But again... he is trying to stay positiv and strong for me. I am trying to focus on the things I need to do before I move to the States and I am going to prepare all the documents for the embassy.... Gotta do something to not go nuts.

Well.... I'm just thinking... we got approved last week and got an email that our case was send out to NVC yesterday.

My fiance is filing out the affidavit of support form and is gatherin all the documents. I am sure he will send those to me within the next two weeks.... What if it takes 8 weeks until NVC sends out our case to my embassy? Do you guys think it will be a problem that all the forms and letters from his employer and bank etc. were dated end of September / beginning of October?

Being positve is the best weapon to win on this waiting game. Actually, I used to be postive since the beginning but there are times I feel so down but Im just glad my fiance is very supportive and never let me feel that he is away from me.

Im sad whenever I see that our thread is not on the top list of forum, so I think I have to post some message to make it alive again. Its nice to see that those who got approval are still here and giving as so much hope.

For the mean time I am savoring the time I still have for family for it takes years for me to back here in Philippines.

Am still patiently waiting on interview from London. Called dos today to see what the hold up was. They said they are trying to find a interview date for me. Something about things being busy at this time of the year. Anyway what can I do but wait.

I see some new approvals congrats to all.
