Let's hope they work more on all the May filers transferred from Vermont to Texas as we are nearing our 5 month mark too and it's unfair that many June and July filers are already getting approved before us.

Lol, it's a pretty reasonable thing to want haha. Well our 5 months is Oct 16 so we will see. Exciting news thought, my wedding dress arrived today yayyy

lol...it's easy to say be patient for those that have already been approved and on to the next phase. it's extremely hard for us to wait patiently while filers after us get approved and we'restill waiting.

Very exciting! I wanted to cry when they called. I ordered it early June and was meant to arrive end of Oct so it arrived early I will be getting it not this Sat but the following Sat. I am beyond excited Are you getting yours made or buying it from a store?

I was in the same boat as you guys till yesterday.... May filer, transferred August 8th, I was so upset seeing June July and August filers being approved so I emailed here:

uscis.webmaster@dhs.gov and got a reply (I told them not happy seeing later filers being approved) then a week or so later we get approved..... Not sure if it had anything to do with email or not but worth a try........

I won't tell you to be positive because I know how difficult it has been...... Sending positive vibes to you and keeping my fingers crossed for all the may filers... Good luck

hi everyone congratulation on all the approval just have some quick question?

- i had got my MNL case # after 5 weeks from approval date i wonder how am i gonna be able to schedule for my interview?

-what doc do i need to pay for the visa?

we got our case number after 1 month and 3 days, whew patience is really a virtue, tomorrow i'll have to pay my visa fee and schedule an interview and do my medicals next week. hope everything goes smoothly from this time on. and i hope that everyone else especially this May filers group get to be with our loved ones for the holidays! thanks everyone for being a support for each and everyone of us throughout this process.

Call NVC back and make sure you get your invoice I'd number you need it for ds260.

I just had a long conversation with the, today and was told I had to fill one in. Anyway so much debate about all this. I got my invoice number of them. The problem is the darn form doesn't save when you get to the education and the 10 years employment history. I have repeated myself 3 times now and honestly truely fed up with it. Can't keep starting a again just cos its not giving you enough time to fill out the form. Let me know if you have better luck.
