In some cases.

In others it's still stuck at "Initial Review"; I remember one person said their case status still said "Initial Review" and they already came here on their K1, got married and filed for their AoS!

Wow sounds like their system is forever getting glitches. What a flaw.

The USCIS website is scheduled to be down on Sunday 7/28, with any luck they'll fix the issues that have been happening lately.

They might post some of the approvals that didn't go up yet, but it won't be "new" approvals, it'll just be approvals that haven't gone into the system because of their issues lately.

think it's mainly fixing the issues and getting the data right.

Approved! Great news in my mailbox in Houston today! Our NOA 1 date was May 24, and our NOA approval was dated July 23, just received the note today (July 26) from Vermont. I expected a few more months at least, and my bride-to-be back in Mexico are very excited. I was assuming an early 2014 wedding, but now looks like we will be together before the end of the year. Good luck to everyone else who is waiting for the good news we got today.

Congrats to all approved. They really not doing it in the order it has been received so why do they give people wrong info. What they should say is we process files in any order depending on your luck.

CSC approved a lot of petitions today but it seems that they're not working on May filers as much as VSC does but hopefully in the days to come it catches up. i think they're prioritizing march and april petitions and when its our time, we will get approvals in bulk as they do with march and april filers. almost 50% of march and april filers were approved now, ours will come soon, i can definitely see it coming now. just a little more patience.

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number
