We will surely let you know. Im a May 1st filer and we are expecting an rfe on our petition, hopefully not but in case we are.. We already prepare some of the possible requirements.

We are at CSC, so hopefully by 2 or 3 weeks we can hear some being approve already..

I just wanted to say that I can't believe how fast CSC is moving. Every time I check to see when our time is coming it seems closer and closer. My predicted date is August 30,2013 through September 6, 2013. Can it be possible? I hope so! I have so much going on but I would love to have my fiance with me through the holidays! Thank you Jesus Christ! through you everything is possible. Let's pray time fly's and they start reviewing our applications. How accurate do you think the visa journey timeline is?

The difference between Vermont and California is insane....your estimated date is middle of August, mine is middle of October and my NOA1 was May 10th... lol This process is the cause of cases of temporary insanity I am sure! kicking.gif

yeah hope CSC continues to be that way, was surprised to see ours estimated approval being in August now. prayer really really works, lets just hope all of us could be with our loved ones before the holidays.

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

Oh and congrats!!

I sent all the normal things, following the checklist I got from this site! I had both letters of intent, the proof of meeting in the last two years, with pictures. I had around 20 pages of conversations from online and I had pictures from before he left to go home (when we first met). I don't think I had anything exceptional, and I didn't include phone records-- just internet communication. I hope you receive your NOA2 soon! I didn't get any RFEs or anything, just straight from NOA1 to NOA2.
