Yes it must have been expedited. It's only been a month for us. We had our noa1 8th may. I guess it kind of early for Vermont to have gotten round to may yet. We would probably need to give another few more months to start seeing the rfes and noa2s. Still early days people still early days. We can only pray that it doesn't take the time it took for all those poor people still waiting from oct nov dec 2012. I sincerely hope they all get there approvals soon.

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

hey everyone happy to see that we are staying positive, rather than becoming completely anxious. I had a question, when the noa2 gets approved, will it affect there final decision at the interview, if I can't come with my fiance???? I just started a new job. I'm an elementary school teacher and if we get our application approved sometime within this year, ( praying for that to happen) I won't be able to fly out to Madagscar. Any comments????

I think if you just want to give some moral support and your able to go with her then that's great but I don't think it's really required. Some embassy's don't allow people in with you anyway. And from what I have read its fairly straight forward most times unless they have doubts about the relationship. So I wouldn't worry too much if you aren't able to make it am sure she will be just fine.

I wouldn't think it would make much difference as long as your fiance has good solid relationship evidence, all the required forms are in order and you aren't needed to explain any issues that are complicated (multiple previous petitions, multiple previous spouses, IMBRA issues etc.). I've read that some consulates encourage the USC to attend and others discourage it. My fiancee told me although she would be happy to have me there for support, she feels she'll be able to get through it on her own.

Hello everyone, just registered today and am glad to find late April and early May filers. Mailed my package on the 25th of April and got my NOA1 on the 30th of April. Right now it says initial review, am hoping and praying that we all have a smooth process with fast approvals because its hard being away from the ones you love.

Am I the only one a little stressed by the recent speed of CSC? I know it probably sounds ridiculous but I can't believe they are already onto March filers. When we sent in the papers, I didn't expect an NOA2 until maybe November or December. Now my prediction on my timeline says possibly August.

In my case, I was actually counting on a slower process because I have a lot to do to prepare for leaving, like selling the house and getting my mother set up in a place she can manage without me. Totally never expected that there would be a chance of being approved way before that was possible.

Don't get me wrong, it's awesome that they are speeding up and that we don't have to be separated from our loves for very long, it's just kind of freaking me out. Lol

yes. it means that most vj members now for csc are getting approvals very fast.never expected mine to be around August also.lets keep those positive thinking, it really helps..
