Hi let's stay positive it is too early in the game to have a negative attitude. Get involved in activities, keep busy and time will fly. The negativity won't help no one. It will happen, stay positive!dancin5hr.gif

Hello again may filers. I am still waiting for this letter to come in the very snail mail. I am beginning to think its either lost or it never got sent out. So do I call them or continue to wait months and months. People who filed on the 2nd of may already received theire letter surely. Since the noa1 was text and emailed on the 8th of may and the Alien registration number was on the 13th may I would think the letter should have arrived by now. It is now the 24th may. Anyone else that's filed beginning of may had this problem with Vermont? We are even thinking maybe the mail man went and dumped it in another mail box since its apartments or its just not been posted out at all.

Any one with the same problem?

Hello guys

I see why this letters probably takeing long it probably has not been written yet lol. Went on USCIS website just now and saw to my horror that Vermont has a processing date up as October 15. Meaning that's the people they are currently processing god we sure do have a good 7 months if not longer to wait. Now I know not to bothe blame the mail man cos he ain't got nothing to do with that letter not arriving. Honestly it hardly seems fair that California is doing things within their time frame. God help us all.

Hey,

I wouldn't worry too much about how long it will take to get that Notice. As long as your status says initial review on the USCIS website I think you're good. These processing times seem to fluctuate quite a bit so I take those times with a grain of salt and just hope for a quick and easy processing. Good luck to us all.

Yes thanks. Your right. I think when I saw the back log in Vermont I figured they just have not posted it lol. At least I have my receipt number so I check online regularly. I should be great full I have that to hand. Like you said it probably isn't a big deal, it's more important to get the Noa2.
