Did your alien number change?

No, instead of "alien number change" notice, I got an "address change" notice. I didn't make any address change but I think its a common thing.

Hmm that's strange I didn't get that message. I got a alien number change notice. I wonder why it's different for every one.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

Now, I really regret not accomplishing G-1145 / notification of acceptance. I'm still wondering what's happening to our papers. Check hasn't been encashed. sad.png Does anybody here has an idea how long it takes for the check to be en-cashed?

It's really not a big deal. Once your I-797C (NOA1 hardcopy notification) comes in the mail you can use your receipt number to create a USCIS account and then sign up for email and text alerts. They cashed my check the same day as the NOA1 date.

Hi, and welcome to May!!! If your packet is getting forwarded to CSC then I think the initial notifications come quickly (at least for us they did) - and then the l-o-n-g wait....!

Sent our out about 2 weeks ago, wish we all get our noa2 around Oct!!!!!!

lets just hope that csc would not start having backlogs again and maintain what they are doing now..start to see jan filers getting their noa2 already.really hoping for an earlier noa2..
