Now, I really regret not accomplishing G-1145 / notification of acceptance. I'm still wondering what's happening to our papers. Check hasn't been encashed. sad.png Does anybody here has an idea how long it takes for the check to be en-cashed?

Hi!

I was following the April group since my fiancé sent the I-129F package on Aprils 24th and the USPS website showed it was delivered 2 days later.

Since we received the NOA1 on May 1st, we are officially the first May filers!

Anyone else out there who got their NOA1 since Wednesday?

Yes that's a shame you didn't fill it out. If you had you could have checked online to keep track of your file. Maybe you can call them and see if someone's able to give you a receipt number then you can create a account on the USCIS website. The alternative is to be patient and wait for the NoA1 letter in the mail which will have your receipt number on it then you can log online to check. Keep positive everything will be fine.

Just to give you a time line. I filed mine n the 2nd may received by Dallas on 3rd may as we did it by express next day delivery. Signed for that day and on the 8th may we got a NoA1 text and email. Then on the 13th may we got email that our alien number had changed which just ment someone touched the file and we are in the system waiting like everyone else here. All in all it's taken 5 days for Noa1 to come and from noa1 to alien number change it was a additional 5 days. So your looking at at least 10-20 days depending on how quickly they received your application. Oh and we still have not received hard copy in the mail yet so that's very slow and since you didn't fill it the G-1145 form you will need to wait a little longer for a hard copy. I hope it works out and everything is ok. Good luck and keep us informed.

Thanks for the info Nurseling. :) I just thought it took others 2 weeks or less to get the hard copy of the NOA1. That means I don't need to worry yet. Once you received the hard copy of your NOA1, I should expect mine to arrive a few days later after yours. Until then, I'll just keep myself busy. :)

Hey guys. Is it just me or has anone noticed that Igors list today has quite a lot of gaps filled for Vermont and lots of rfes? Seems they are working overtime to get all the older applicants approved. Hooray there may be hope for us yet if this continues on a daily bases. None touched on the may filers box but some rfes on April march and February January definitely. Fingers crossed it won be too long before all the boxes get filled up.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

Hey, I got the hard copy of the NOA 1 on 13 May.

Did your alien number change?

05/02/2013 I-129f sent via USPS express

05/03/2013 received by Dallas-lock box

05/07/2013 NOA1 hard copy

05/13/2013 Alien number change a email from USCIS

07/29/2013 NOA2 Approval email from USCIS

08/03/2013 NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

08/16/2013 file sent to NVC

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

08/28/2013 file ready according to CEAC website

08/30/2013 packet 3 sent with DS-2001

O9/05/2015 medical appointment

09/06/2013 packet 3 arrived in the mail.

09/10/2013 CEAC update medical result received by embassy

10/04/2013 CEAC update dos says waiting to give interview date

10/11/2013 packet 4 interview letter arrived

10/22/2013 interview at London embassy

10/22/2013 Approved the visa

10/29/2013 visa delivered

12/02/2013 POE In Atlanta Georgia

1/31/2014 I-485 accepted receipt number and hard copy has been sent. Processed at National Benefits Centre.

Hi everyone! well after having to intercept my packet it finally got back to me. I sent it out today it should arrive next tuesday. I'm hoping we get a NOA1 by next week on Fridaydancin5hr.gif . Finally the waiting begins.
