The estimate on mine says December 7 - 25. I was hoping my fiancee could be here before the end of the year but it looks like that's not going to happen.

I hate to say this but it looks like we all have a long wait for the may group. People who filed in 2012 are still waiting too. Don't they think the processing times are way too long. A friend of mine did hers 3 years ago and only waited 3 months. The waiting time now days is getting terrible. Surely it's not right to keep people apart that long. As for all the rfe that people are getting for insignificant things like putting n/a instead of none, come on really!!!!. They need more staff in that place. California seems to be moving quicker than Vermont centre. Trust mine to be under Vermont lol.

So I finally got accesss to my case via the website today. Yesterday nothing kept telling me receipt number needs to be checked/not valid. Today it opened up and it says initial review as our status. They said the hardy copy is in the mail again with instructions of the process of the case. We shall wait and see.

Hey guys, I sent out the I-129f on 2 May. Received email on 10 May saying my package is going to VSC. Hoping for a smooth process. Good luck everyone.

Is it not funny the differences in time from the time you got your email considering we sent ours off on the 02 of may 2013 too and received our email on the 8th may with noa1 and Vermont is also our centre. It would be good to see if we get processed the same time of if there wil be a diffrence of days again. Right now on the Uscis website our status is in the initial review. We are still waiting for the hardy copy by snail mail to come. Will keep you informed when we get it. I live in London so am hopping once Vermont finish takeing there time reviewing that the embassy in London move quicker.

Since we're so close it will be a good measure on the differences of processing time. Is London's Embassy usually quick? My fiancee lives in Cambodia and I think due to the number of applicants it takes some time to review. But I'll worry about that when the time comes. First things first. Getting through VSC.

I checked mine today and it says the same thing. I also signed up for the case status alerts via email and text. It shows current processing times at CSC at 7.5 months! I need more hobbies or the waiting is going to drive me nuts!

A few years go a friend of mine did hers all in. The space of 3-4 months she was heading to Maryland to live with her fiance and she went through London I don't remember if she was sen to California or Vermont though. To be honest 7.5 months is a little long. Do those people work weekends? If the don't they need to catch up with the 5 months estimated time. Surely it's not fare to put that timeline there when its inaccurate. I understand November lot are just getting noa2 or rfe right now. We sure have along way to go before they even touch ours.

I got a message today a few minutes ago via email saying your Alien number has changed. Very odd since we only just filed the papers 2nd may received Noa1 on the 8th may 2013. Now anyone been through this pls enlighten me as to whats happening now. I know we still have a long way to go at least 6 months but it sounds to me like someone is looking through our files now.

I had to intercept the packet because I read that a scanned version of the letter of intent can give us an RFE. I will be receiving the I129-f packet on Thursday and plan on sending it out again on Thursday So much work to get it right the first time, but I rather have peace of mind about this matter than obsess about it for the next 5 to 9 months. I can wait for all of this to be over. I just want to us to be together already.

I had to intercept the packet because I read that a scanned version of the letter of intent can give us an RFE. I will be receiving the I129-f packet on Thursday and plan on sending it out again on Thursday So much work to get it right the first time, but I rather have peace of mind about this matter than obsess about it for the next 5 to 9 months. I can wait for all of this to be over. I just want to us to be together already.

I can't say I blame you for wanting to get it right since they take forever to send a rfe it's best you identified your mistake on time and were able to correct it before sending your package off. Good luck with it and keep us informed.

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

I'm a May filier...well unless my application is lost on the way to Texas. :) Sent yesterday, should be there by Wednesday.

I think May filiers will set new speed records...like the January filiers seem to be doing!

Hi guys

I got a message today a few minutes ago via email saying your Alien number has changed. Very odd since we only just filed the papers 2nd may received Noa1 on the 8th may 2013. Now anyone been through this pls enlighten me as to whats happening now. I know we still have a long way to go at least 6 months but it sounds to me like someone is looking through our files now.

I just got that same message last night about 11:00pm. I'm not sure what that means. I logged onto my USCIS account and it basically just said the same thing. Is this a number we need to know? I don't see an alien number anywhere on the I-797C that they sent. I guess it's nice to know my fiancee is an official "alien" now!
