I've looked on Igor's list and I'm not listed, even though I have filled out my timeline. Not that it matters I guess, I'm still waiting for approval as well as the rest of us! ClockWatch2.gif

March filer here. We were processed at the Missouri Service Center. We just had our I-130 petition approved on July 16th via email. It will probably take a couple weeks to receive the hard copy of the NOA2 here in Vietnam. Happy to get the approval finally. It probably would have been a month earlier but we had and RFE to deal with. We are both living abroad together.

11-28-2010 - Married

03/18/2013 - NOA1

06/05/2013 RFE issued

06/25/2013 RFE recieved in mail

06/28/2013 RFE requested docs. sent to USCIS from abroad

07/08/2013 RFE entered into USCIS system as received and "RFE Review" status online

07/16/2013 NOA2 received by email

07/19/2013 Email from USCIS stating case file has been sent to NVC

07/27/2013 Hard copy of NOA2 recieved abroad (Vietnam) by mail

I never heard anything of our papers, still the same its still initial review!!! We have been waiting for 5months and 1week now!! I mailed them about our case status it says that "they can't provide any information to me because I am the beneficiary they only allowed to give information to petitioner" so I let my husband mail them back!! try to send them an inquiry about your case status here is the email address SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov

IS that the email address for all inquiries? I want to send an email just to see if I get anything back...

Another option is to sign up for email updates here... https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp The updates are more frequent and detailed than the case status on the USCIS website. At least they were for me.

You will need to make an INFOPASS appointment at the local office. They will be able to best assist you with your case. You may make your appointment by going tohttp://infopass.uscis.gov. Please make sure you print out the appointment letter and bring it with you on the day of your appointment. At that time you will have an opportunity to speak to an Immigration Services Officer regarding the status of your case. I am sorry we could not assist you further.

its wasting of time they will reply you the same saying they cant tell anything about your papers until you will call uscis, because i tried to email them 3times and the same reply i get.. so no point sending them an email just waste i thought its helping but its not!

I heard tht the case is approved quicker if the petitioner is living abroad .My wife and my 4 month old baby boy are living with me in India ,wht kind of proofs do we need to provide the uscis to show tht the petitioner is living abroad??
