No i dont know about this .... N not even got any mail aur msg from USCIS. Your file had been transferred ??? And how to know its transfer aur not???? On case status check it shows on initial review.

you can find out if your case was transferred by speaking with an IO at uscis. rarely it will show online that it was transferred. local offices all have different volumes and are working on stand alone 130's. the K-3 route is a total unknown as to how that file would be routed. approvals are as little as 2.5 months and as long as 9 for uscis.

You'll find the quick timelines are either for military about to be deployed or people who filed from abroad who do not have a local field office. NBC itself is fast. Local field offices can be slow

my wife went personally there and a lady told her tht they r processing December files right now and we r feb filler so we have to wait 1-2 mnths more for the approval. and we ask for the finger print interview so she replied it is not compalsory if we want further information about the US petitioner then we inform you bt in your case we dont want .....i dont know how much time now they will take i

They don't know that for sure.... whoever it was... was just reading from a screen... a generic answer is what they are famous for.

i hope that lady told the truth about processing December filers and nobody knows you can be approved before December filers because here i see the month when you filed it doesnt mean anything each case is different and so many March filers are getting approved at NBC though

i have just got to see this timeline you shared...bt i am wondering why there are some people lying on their timelines and stating they filed on march and they got approved in march for exemple....i am hoping those people be clear in their timelines and not lie on it ..sleepy.gif

Interestingly enough there are like 20 in the IR-1/CR-1 Visa Timelines. I wonder why they're not displayed in Igor's list. Of them 13 are DCF, and about one i know it was expedited.

Igor doesn't track DCF's ( as far as I know) I wonder what the stats would show if it was for 6 months instead of 1 year?

April 14: Real checklist for AOS (saying tax number was incorrect when it wasn't)
April 30: Another AOS checklist, for proof of employment (which was already sent)
May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!
 
ROC: 366 days
April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail
May 16: Check shown as charged online, received NOA 1 dated April 29
June 20, 2016- Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Approval
May 4, 2017: Approval letter arrived
