Ever since files went to the NBC the approvals have been very random because they adjudicate the cases at the NBC unless the petitioner lives abroad. So people from Aug are still waiting but people from Feb are approved. It's random because the cases are sent to local offices a few months after they arrive at the NBC. We can't tell you what month they're working on... Sorry. :(

Because whn i called on the USCIS office one of the caller told me tht it does take 6 mnths for the whole process for I-129F ..... nw already 3 mnths finished

i m worried !!!!

The reps that answer the phones at the USCIS are scripted. Almost like they say 6 months to get the callers off thier backs. It could take longer and it could be shorter. It all depends on your personal circumstances and the person who was assigned your case and I am sure there are other factors too.. There is a holiday coming up at the end of this month, and one in July. Who knows if they will speed up the process to kick out some approvals before the holiday . And we all know how it feels to come back from a 3 day weekend...( HAHAHHAA)

hey jane u got your approvel yet or not??? please let me know......

I never heard anything of our papers, still the same its still initial review!!! We have been waiting for 5months and 1week now!! I mailed them about our case status it says that "they can't provide any information to me because I am the beneficiary they only allowed to give information to petitioner" so I let my husband mail them back!! try to send them an inquiry about your case status here is the email address SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov
