Hi there,

I just have a question on the ST luke extension clinic.MANILA My mom received her interview letter from the (NVC)embassy. Do they send another letter for the medical exam to show the clinic? or do I just use the letter for interview for the medical test?

The NVC letter is what SLEC would want to see. Have your mom print 3 copies of that. They want the letter that has the case number MNL with the name of the applicant. Short bond paper for photocopies of passport biographic page and the NVC letters. SLEC will not accept the photocopies otherwise if it wasn't short bond papers.
