Hello Guys,

My Uncle has filed an F4 pettion for my mom back in 2004 (details below!), and im going to turn 20 this year, and i was wondering about CSPA, i think i might need it, and what do I have to do, do i have to send in any documents, or anything else?

Priority Date: August 28th, 2004

(August)08/20/2004 I-130 Fedex to Vermont

(September)09/01/2004 NOA1 (Received)

(November)10/16/2009 NOA2 (Approved)

 

NVC

(November)10/19/2009 NVC case number assigned

(May) 05/11/2017 Case opened for further processing

(May) 05/11/2017 DS261 Submitted

(May) 05/21/2017 DS260s Submitted for All three aplicants

(Feb) 02/17/2018 Case Completed

(March) 03/06/2018 Visa Interview Scheduled at US Embassy Skopje

(April) 04/17/2018 Visa Interview -- APPROVED

Timeline

You can only determine CSPA age when your PD becomes current. For now, it's a waiting game.

How do i know my PD is current? do they send me something or?

Through Visa Bulletin - http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5953.html

You can subscribe or google visa bulletin every month. Following month's PD date usually comes out the 2nd week of the month prior.

Once your PD becomes available, NVC will send you a letter for the next steps.

Hello guys

I am new to this Forum and I have a question. I am US citizen . I filled Petition for my Brother and family.( wife and 1 son). The Priority Date is 6/26/2003. and than I recived Aproval Notice on 10/5/2009.

Even though case approved on 10/2009. they waiting In mean time the My nephew is aging out he is turning 21 in a month. Is any petition do i need to file here in Us ? or My brother has to file any form in Back home India? so they all can come together when they get visa when my nephew will be over 21 by the time?

Pls suggest ?
