I got a checklist email from NVC today, asking for Beneficiary's photograph and GUZ P3 SUPPLEMENT. Is this a false checklist? Does anybody know what I should do with the P3 Supplement? Many thanks.

2012-12-10: I-130 Sent
2012-12-11: I-130 NOA1
2013-03-11: I-130 NOA2
2013-03-18: NVC received
2013-04-03: NVC case#
2013-04-08: AOS Bill paid
2013-04-08: OPTIN email sent with DS-3032
2013-04-15: OPTIN accepted
2013-04-17: AOS Sent
2013-04-17: IV Bill paid
2013-04-23: IV Sent
2013-05-22: NVC Compete
2013-08-27: Interview

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

What to do with the file:

1. get it

2. email it to your spouse.

3. spouse prints it out.

4. spouse fills it out by hand

5. spouse scans it in to pdf file format

6. spouse sends it off to you via email

7. you respond to the email, the checklist letter that you got, with her file and the photographs and

..that's it !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

What to do with the file:

An alternative to the above steps would be:

  1. get it
  2. find a computer that has a full version of Acrobat
  3. scan it
  4. use the full version of Acrobat to create fields where information can be typed in
  5. type the information
  6. Save the file with the information typed in

Thanks very much for help. I emailed the P3 supplement on May 1st. Still waiting for a case complete. I didn't send in the photographs again since the checklist says to bring them to the interview.
