since it's updated info, you bring the updated info to the interview (original signature of the I-864, not a scan or photocopy)

so thats:

1. updated tax stuff

2. new I-864

forget what you submitted to NVC, for now.

Since there is 2012 data, you must show the 2012 data and 2013 data , but

Guangzhou IV is tough on I-864 adjudication, they want to see 3 years of tax data plus current year annual income stuff.

re: making a new I-864, signing a new I-864.

When it was submitted into NVC - was it 1) prior to 15 April 2013 ? AND - 2) did you show 2012 tax return or no ?

If 1 = yes and 2 = no, then need I-864 to GUZ IV, carry in hand, must be original signature.

look at the current I-864 you filed. Does it have 2013 current annual income listed and proof, or no ?

My visa was approved on June 18 and I was told to select a passport pickup location from http://ustraveldocs.com

I email the them at support@ustraveldocs.com and about the passport status.

On June 20th, they told that the tracking passport status is "Ready for pick up"

"我们已获悉您的查询,请注意,您的护照追踪状态显示为:Ready for pick up 准备领取即可去您所选择的取件地址领取护照"

Went to go to the bank I selected that same day, passport wasn't there!!!

When I track the passport myself in http://ustraveldocs.com/cn/cn-niv-passporttrack.asp

I status has always been "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted"

as if the passport is not in the system.

The visa status is "Visa has been printed" on June 20th according to https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

I email support@ustraveldocs.com and GZ US consulate about it...no reply so far.

Incompetent staff at ustraveldocs.com have no clue about my passport status! What is going on!

You are getting a good one! LOL dancin5hr.gif

it's ustraveldocs - that system is broken in spots.

for now - simply check in with that bank office each day, asking if the visa packet is there.

That's about all you can do, really.

---

Nota.Bene.: Any advice I gave about EMS weighbills, for EP casefiles, is WRONG, as delivery is now through CITIC bank - you choose a location from the ustraveldocs site, print out the document, take the delivery document IN to the interview and give to the document people, and that's it... Then ya wait.

The delivery document is important - if you give it to the document people on interview day, they don't have to look it up or print something - so that shaves 1 to 3 days off of waiting at the IV Unit. Here is my wife's delivery document, obfuscated:
