Will I ever get approved , I filled for my mother at the age of 69 . I need to support her at this age . It looks like immigration don't want us to support parent who are not in the US .... I am really crying day in day out I know it makes no sense but the process Sucks .... US gave us the citizenship all document pertaining to the 130 application are with them now how long they need to approve it. Are they again checking if the document they issued ( passport , citizenship ) etc are true,

Looks like I might loose my MOM before they even approve the 130 forget the NVC....

I filled in dec 2012 application with NBC .......

Sorry to hear about your frustration. I strongly advise you to make the appointment through infopass to speak with the Immigration Officer at your local USCIS Office. All the stand-alone I-130 routed to the National Benefits Center are for the most part transfered to the local USCIS office for a fast approval.

USCIS: I-130 Petition (Mother)
- 03/21/12: I-130 Sent via FedExpress
- 03/30/12: NOA1 Recv'd via mail
- 11/21/12: APPROVED (NOA2 mailed)
- 11/27/12: NOA2 Recv'd.

NVC (Mother)
- 11/27/12: NVC Recv'd file
- 11/29/12: NVC Case no. & IIN assigned.
- 11/30/12: AOS Bill PAID/DS 3032 emailed
- 12/04/12: AOS Package sent
- 12/07/12: DS-3032 Accepted, IV Bill PAID
- 12/11/12: IV Bill online status: "PAID".
- 12/15/12: IV Package sent.
- 12/17/12: IV Package delivered.
- 02/19/13: Missing civil documents sent
- 02/28/13: Case Complete
- 03/05/13: Per Email, Int.Date 04/10/13

U.S. EMBASSY (Mother)

- 04/02/13: Medical done & PASSED 4/8/13

- 04/10/13: Interview (AP - 221g blue: Missing docs & Medical Report

- 05/09/13: VISA ISSUED
- 06/26/13: POE - JFK NYC

USCIS: I-130 Petition (Father)
- 10/10/12: I-130 Sent-USPS Express
- 10/11/12: I-130 Delivered
- 10/16/12: Rec'd email (NOA1 mailed & File routed to NBC)
- 12/12/12: Per ISO, File routed to the Local Office (Nov 28)

- 02/07/13: RFE Letter was mailed to me this date, requesting proof of father/son relationship. (Unfortunately, I DID NOT RECEIVE A RFE LETTER)

- 03/28/13: Received NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny)

- 04/02/13: Made appointment to speak with the IO at my local office.
- 04/03/13: APPROVED (NOA2 mailed)

NVC (Father)
- 04/12/13: NVC recvd file
- 04/22/13: NVC Case no.& IIN Assigned

- 04/26/13: AOS Bill Invoced & Paid /AOS Package Sent / DS-3032 Email-Format sent

- 05/08/13: DS-3032 Accepted & IV fee Billed & Invoice Paid.

- 06/27/13: IV package sent

- 07/23/13: Case complete

- 09/09/13: Interview Date

- 11/08/13: Visa Issued

I had to travel to my home country in feb2013 to take care of my mom she had a fracture

I am still there and can't leave her alone . I left a Job which paid me $55 an hr. my family is back in US .. Can we take a info pass with the US consulate in our home country ....

That is not going to work. The infopass at your local office is where you will be able to get clear answers since they have the physical file. That being said, you should be pretty close to approval, but again, that depends more on the volume at your local office.

That's the whole issue .... I need to be inUS my wife can't do that. On my behalf ....my application is completing 5 months with NBC lets see if any thing moves I wanted to file the other documents like PCC medical etc and then keep a care taker for few month and then come to US

Looks like my time is bad with the USCIS never had a single query right from my work bus thru citizenship ,,, it's just testing my patience

That's even hard since you are not in the USA at the moment. I am sure you should be receiveing the approval anytime soon if there was no RFE. You should carefully look at your mail here. I hope you have someone here who is collecting your mails.

Probably you should go to the US Consulate there and speak with the Consular Officer.
