Hey guys,

i got the NOA2 last week and now I am preparing the packet 3 and i am a little confused huh.png

On the instruction it says:

''FIRST: Please download and complete the original form DS-230 Part I & II, DS-156, Non-Immigrant Visa
Application (all applicants), DS-157, Supplemental Non-Immigrant Visa Application (required for all male
applicants between the ages of 16-45), and DS-156K, Non-Immigrant Fiancé(e) Visa Application (principal
applicant only).
''

And i could only find the DS-156 online and it says to not print it. So do I have to fill it out online and dont have to send it in via mail?

And what about the other forms? Do I have to send them or take them with me to the interview?

Thank you so much for your help!

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

You fill out the DS-156 online. Then you click on the "Submit" button, and it will generate a printable PDF-file with a specific barcode on it. You can then print it out. When the consulate receives the printed form, all they have to do is scan the barcode, and all your information will come up on their screens. Makes their work easier smile.png.

By the way, back when I was applying for the K1 visa last year, the consulate in Frankfurt requested the DS-156 in duplicate (printed out 2x). I do not know if this is still the case. Maybe check back with them via e-mail.

Edit: I just saw your second question. You send all of the forms and documents to the consulate in advance. Basically, when you go to the interview, all you have to take with you is the interview letter and your passport.

I am a little confused about this whole process too.. I just got approved and was gonna start preparing everything so I can send it off when I get the info from the embassy. Can I access D-156 in advance or are they gonna send me a link? Also, I printed out the instructions for k1 applicants and it lists everything on there that I need to send in but it doesn't mention anything about the proof of our ongoing relationship? Is that not necessary anymore?
