This is neat.. I received the NOA yesterday with priority date 4/29/13 and today a text message saying they have mailed me an appt notice to get my fingerprints taken..can't wait to get it!!

Hello everyone,

Happy Tuesday goofy.gif

So i got a txt msg and email from USCIS this morning (05/07) confirming that my case (N-400 application) has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing, it also says that offcial receipt notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail. I checked my bank account and found out that my check of $680.00 is in process too (pending status and hopefully will be cleared today as it is still 11:50am CT here :).

My application was received in Phoenix,AZ on 05/02 as i sent on 05/01 via Express mail.

Kindly update my case status accordingly. Thanks and Good luck to everyone :)

Hi, did you use priority mail or just regular mail? I just used regular mail so probably mine will take for awhile.

Priority date is the date, that USCIS placed your application into THEIR system. They have you recorded now as an April filer, since your priority date is 4/30. I would suggest you come over to April filers where I am.:) if that's ok with you?

Canadian_wife, what is your priority date on your NOA? If its dated in April, then you may also consider moving to April filers as these timelines usually follow priority dates on the NOA.
