Tygrys, I totally agree with you, it depends on field office. The Honolulu one isn't that busy, only 900 people applied in May. So it shouldn't take more than 3 weeks.

Nimaan. You may go online to check the volume of applicantions that will be processed for May in your local office. If its taking long, that means the office pretty much received high volume. On the site, it says to expect the interview to be scheduled within 90 days of the in line status.

Cool!!! I'm from the "July N-400" post, but from the same Las Vegas office as you, I haven't seen anybody in other posts from Las Vegas, please keep us posted on how the interview goes and how the process was. Good Luck!!

So far things have gone smooth .....Keep in mind that USCIS has moved there offices from Pecos to near 215 and Jones now on south side of town ...Very nice

Yes , that is correct , when we got the Bio we assumed it was the old place so the day of we just drove there not really paying attention , to our surprise they were closed then we read the new address to find out it was less then 2 miles from our house ..lol

Cheer up! Looking at that trend chart that was linked in the prior post the applications for the Portland field office did start to go up in Feb but also you can see they started going back down in May. Also the Portland office seems to process a lot faster than most other places too. We're in the July N-400 thread too and I've been following Portland for awhile. They seem to process naturalization applications in 3-4 months. I'd say that you'll be done soon while most finish in 5-6 months. I'll be watching you since we're going through the same place and you're just two months ahead of us. smile.png
