I am curious as to how can you give that date? surely it is dependant on the office that is processing each case and not something that can be determined from the permanent resident since date?

My green card says:

Permanent Resident Since: 07/30/2010.

I'm elegible for a 3 year period naturalization

July 1 - should receive "in line for interview scheduling" status update. Your actual interview would be scheduled next week or so.

According to CIRCULAR'S post, the calculation being done is for when you will be placed IN LINE for interview, and NOT the interview date. seems like you've already got your IN LINE date, which is 06/24/13.
