What a fantastic Anniversary gift!! When is your eligibility date? The date you became eligible to file? That would give you an even clearer picture. Take a look at April filers' timelines and you'll see what I mean. Folks that are eligible from 2012 and earlier are getting processed super quickly.

Would you guys like a column for your eligibility dates to compare timelines as well?

Thank you , and can you explain "Eligible" - My wifes 3rd Anniversary according to her GC is July 28 , but if I minus the 90 days that would make April 27th her day of being able to send in her packet , so I am confused .....LOL

No problem, I'd be happy to explain!! The Eligible column is for the date you become eligible to file your N400. It is 90 days before your 3 year or 5 year greencard anniversary. So you are on the right track, counting down 90 days before her 3 year anniversary date. And just to ensure you've got the right date, you can plug in her 3 year anniversary date into the calculator below and it shows you the date she becomes eligible to file. http://www.uscis.gov/dateCalculator.html, which shows her eligibility date as 4/29/13, which is fine even if you sent it a day earlier. As long as USCIS didn't get your application prior to 4/29/13. I believe they would have sent it back.

Hmmm well if you are adding eligible dates mine was 01/25/2004 lol - The only reason I am doing it now is because my green card expires next year, but having since started the process I have become pretty excited about getting my citizenship :)
