Please add us to list - We sent n-400 to Phoenix , on Monday the 28 but figured we were too late for April Filers , Just checked USPS and our package will be delivered today , May 1 so May was the Place for us ...Hello to everyone and finally the long Journey is hopefully coming to a quick end ...

05-17-2010 BIO letter received (appointment June 3rd) will try to do walkin
05-27-2010 RFE - I485 (text from USCIS) , letter on way (I know its I864 form, have it already to go as soon as letter gets here)
06-02-2010 RFE sent back postal express
06-03-2010 Scheduled BIO DONE !!!!
06-04-2010 RFE was received by Homeland Security and case has now resumed
06-17-2010 Interview letter received (Interview date July 28th )
07-14-2010 EAD ordered for production

Hi Good morning, i need an urgent response as i have to send my N-400 application today 05/01, the question i have is..while completing my application, i left the answers blank (didnt write N/A or None) for the questions that were not applicable to me for example If you have ever used other names, so i just left such questions blank...please tell me does it makes any difference or shall i put N/A or None for all irrelevant questions?

I already took a print out of my completed N-400 application, can i update that application with pen without taking a new print out????

Please respond ASAP, i am confused and dont have access to a printer today :(

I think it's o.k. for you to amend the form with pen as long as every field is filled out properly. good.gif

When we did the ROC , the same thing happened was at the end of month , they more or less told to go to the following month ....So since USCIS didnt actually get the N400 till today , i think it might be safer to call ourselves MAY filers ...LoL

The fact that the application has been sent doesn't mean it was filed.

Filing date will be his NOA priority date, which definitely will be in May.

I'm aware of this. All timelines on VJ have been tracked starting from the date the application was sent for as long as I've been around here and that is the date that typically determines which month you fall under. At the end of the day thought it matters not as long as everyone can see the general timeline of everyone during this journey to help us know what to expect. yes.gif

I've seen it done both ways... but you're absolutely right that it doesn't matter much and depends mainly on which month the applicant wants to be in. Most of us probably subscribe to a couple of months worth of earlier threads anyway just to have an idea how the process progresses.
