Hi everyone,

I had my interview and visa was approved so now I'm waiting to pick up packet and passport to be delivered to the 2go branch I have there indicated on my appointment confirmation. However the branch was already phased out. What will happen to my docs, would it be returned to the US embassy or will they have it sent to my home address instead. How will I be able to change the delivery address to another 2go branch.

Do I have to contact the US embassy? What's the number?Or do I have to call 2Go customer service? What's 2Go website? What would be their number?

I had my interview on the 29th of April.

Your feedbacks will be highly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Call the Embassy's Immigrant Visa Unit today. Their local number is 301-2000 / extension 5184 or 5185.

Or, you can contact them by email of fax: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023/contact-us.html

Moved from K-1 forums to regional forums as this is an issue specific to a company in the Philippines.

That happened with us, the 2GO office we had selected had be phased out (so we learned when we tried to call them), my wife called 2G0 and made new arrangements for delivery.

2GO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CHECKING DELIVERY

2Go customer service hotline (+632) 5287-136 is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

TRACK YOUR PASSPORT/VISA THROUGH 2GO

http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/etrace/index.asp Enter your MNL number or passport number or UID number off the embassy confirmation letter (online confirmation page by bar code).
