does anyone knows or have an idea if you were asked to provide a notarized attesting letter for bonafide marriage may cause a big problem for the decision of approval of the green card?

Letter of Bonifide marriage was never asked during our interview and got an approval. You should have other supporting docs besides that letter to established your marriage is bonifide.

That does sound very strange. They want a letter from you (the couple) saying you are truly married? If so, I have never heard of that.

Are there any red flags in your case? Maybe the petitioner and beneficiary not living together or the petitioner being abroad at this time?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
