Can someone tell me when the I 864 gets filed?????? I know it will go into effect once you go to the interview once you have been married for almost two years, but is this when you bring the I 864 or do you have to send it in earlier?????? Thank you as always, WJR.

It gets sent to the lock box along withe the rest of the I-485 AOS package.
