Hi,

I have been reading on this forum that you need to send tax returns with your I-134. But in the K-3 visa guidelines there is no mention of it. It is only mentioned when you send the I-864 form. It's not even mentioned in the instruction sheet with the i-134 form(the one you get from the government website).

So I am a little confused about this??!!

normally you don't need them. Only when you are self-employed you need the tax returns for the last year.

But some embassies want to see it nonetheless. So it doesn't hurt to take them along. You won't need the I134 until the interview so you don't have to send anything anywhere.

When you get your visa application package it may contain an istructional form DS-2000 (or OF-167) entitled something like 'Evidence That May Be Presented To Meet The Public Charge Provisions Of The Law'.

That will outline the financial requirements for getting your visa.

The requirements can vary from consulate to consulate.

Check the 'embassy info' section of this site, or, as Yodrak suggested, wait until you receive instruction from them.
