If your husband entered with a k1 visa, he can be approve without an interview, like me. But you can't know yet. If you receive a notification he will have one, if his case takes more than 6 month with any kind of notification he's not going to have it then. I hope you can your interview, because that means he's gonna get the GC sooner. Usually takes 8 to 11 month to be approve without interview. My petition took 9 month so trust me, i would rather to have an interview.
