HI I am a bit confused about this.My interview has been schduled for june 3rd,and my preference category is CR-1 hopefully I'll be issued the visa soon after.my second wedding anniversary is on july 19th,but i cant travel until september because i have a contract to finish hear in Ghana,my question is, will i have issues regarding my conditional status or does it start when i enter the states? please i need answers urgently as i am very confused,

It won't be a problem at all. If the date of your 2nd wedding anniversary has passed before your visa is issued, I believe it will be automatically upgraded to a IR-1 (non-conditional) visa.

Also, if the 2nd anniversary of your marriage has passed when you enter the US, you can ask the immigration officer to upgrade your visa status to the IR-1 visa. You just need to show him/her your marriage certificate, so be sure to pack it in your carry-on if you'll need it.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

The "visa" would be issued as CR1. However, if the immigrant uses the visa to enter the USA after the second wedding anniversary, they are entitled to IR1 status. IR1 and CR1 are each both a visa category and an immigration status. You can have a CR1 visa and obtain IR1 status in the OP's circumstance.
