there are 3 sets of 'stuff' , each are seperate ..

1. ds-3032 - can use the email template in the wiki - ignore any personally-received barcoded ds-3032 from nvc.

2. AOS - I-864 set plus tax docs + other money related stuff

3. IV - the immigrant visa application itself, the DS-230, plus the civil docs

so - i dunno, i think yer crossing streams here, on something. crossing the streams is bad, la.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Okay. So that's a singular mailing for him, then I do the AOS, then he mails in the rest of the stuff. I see. Confusing little bit of the guide.

Thaaaaaaanks Darnell.

Hmm. Too late.

Anyway, I just received an email about "establishing communication with NVC" and it's addressed to the husband. So he has to fill out the DS-3032 + barcode, however their instructions mention nothing about sending the full package (ie: the nvc shortcut instructions). Since he has to mail in the physical copy of the DS-3032, shouldn't he include all of the information that the shortcut guide lists?

Why is it too late to print the cover page? sign in, click the receipt page, then click "print document cover sheet" at the bottom. That is the barcode page with instructions.... maybe I'm missing something....

is the receipt page also known as the coversheet barcode?

No. The receipt is called the "receipt" on the payment portal. The bar-coded cover sheet is called the "document cover sheet" on the payment portal. You need the latter to send to NVC.

Hi guys finally got the interview..how long before the interview can we get the medical done? 1 week or 2 weeks before? and how do i go about making an appt for the medical..St. Lukes Hospital Manila.. any help appreciated thanks

You can get the medical done whenever you want. For those in The Philippines, you could have even gotten it started as soon as you got your case number assigned.

hey guys How do you know when they have accepted your DS-3032 from the beneficary e-mail?

They send an acceptance email. And ultimately, the IV bill is invoiced upon acceptance of the DS-3032 and adding it to the case file.

Saylin, can we see what the acceptance letter looks like?

I don't have one, so you'll need to look yourself. You'll find plenty of people post them in each NVC monthly thread. There's also the handy search tool above that you can use.
