we got our MNL case # thru fon yesterday, i thought we gonna get an email from NVC today. my husband called the NVC today to ask bout our NVC confirmation letter & further instruction, they said to wait for 15-20 days. its been long time our papers stock in NVC, we waited for 2 months before we got our case over the phone. do we need to wait for the NVC email to us before we can do anything? thanx.

Gosh our last Nepal person got an expedite so for your embassy its hard telling. I am sure you will hear any minute.

Cool. You have nice sets of data in case complete thread. Any extrapolation on at around what time of the month do they have most case completes? :-)

Cool. You have nice sets of data in case complete thread. Any extrapolation on at around what time of the month do they have most case completes? :-)

No because that data doesn't matter. The thread was started back in October because so many after getting case Complete want to know how long they have to wait until interview.

Not until March did we start getting Interview letter day of assignment. It use to be almost a week later so thats pretty cool.

I need to really gather all the data and have a cool graph chart so people can just go look.

Yea ur right I do call alot because every time I call I get a different answer that's why I keep calling I heard that we need to wait till June 23 till they start reviewing the new forums that's what's driving me crazy

This makes me sad!

Guess my July interview hopes are out the window!

(Hopefully they're just saying that to stop us calling haha)

Our case is complete, and when we call NVC, they tell us they are waiting on the Guangzhou consulate to schedule us for an interview? So what happens when we contact the Guangzhou consulate?

The Consulate has no record of the case you inquired about. Your case may still under processing at the National Visa Center in the United States. Should you have any questions, please contact the NVC. You can find the NVC contact information at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html. Please note that your interview will be scheduled by the NVC as you have seleted eletronic processing at the NVC.

They tell us since our case is electronic, the NVC schedules the case. Someone is lying here...

I really don't know what is going on here. We called and asked when our case's final review was completed, and they told us May 15. Yet we did not receive the case complete email until May 22, and it seems usually the email comes before the final review. correct? We've now been waiting over a week since the case complete email and over 2 weeks since (apparently) the final review was completed, and no one has any idea where our case is?

I was in the same situation as you before..I waited for almost 2mos just for my case to reached NVC. Now that you have your MNL#, just email ASAP your DS3032 using the email template on Saylin's 1st & 2nd posts here.. After I got my MNL# by phone, I recieved the email w/ my MNL# and IIN in 1-2 working days.. Good luck.. =)

or just our lawyer can do it ?

do we have call the the NVC all the time or jsut send emails to the lawyer ?
