Do you think I need to call them to make sure they got my DS-3032?

Another question is what is the proper time to send out the I864 package? Wait until the AOS shown "PAID"?

Before you call and inquire about the DS-3032 (and the OPTIN email you would have attached it to), have you been assigned a GZO number yet?

The proper time to send the I-864 package is when the payment portal shows "PAID" and you have a GZO number assigned to your file.

September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

yeah im already have that in mind i already send a copy to my father inlaw and i already tell my husband to do a new one to. before sending me all the copies. thank you

They are not holding off on AOS invoices, there was just a big 2 week slowdown. I received my IIN back 13May and just got my invoice yesterday.

08NOV2012 - NOA1

19APR2013 - NOA2- (processed via local field office)

29APR2013 - NVC Received Case

13MAY2013 - Case # and IIN# (DS-3032 sent)

29MAY2013 - AOS INV Received and Paid, 864W sent

30MAY2013 - Received DS-3032 Acceptance Email

31MAY2013 - AOS shows PAID

31MAY2013 - IV INV Received and Paid, ds230 sent

3JUNE2013 - IV shows PAID

19JUNE2013 - Case Complete!

17JULY2013-received interview date

28AUG2013 - Interview Date

Just called NVC my IV packet was recieved last wednesday. im just relying on the Fedex report that it was recieved last week wednesday May 22 eastern time, Im just checking the operator I spoke they will not yet input on the system until 20 working days. How would I know they start reviewing it and We just send the Affidavit of Support yesterday approximately they will recieved today. How can I know that start reviewing. until when they can put it in the system. The operator I spoke too is a bit rude i already know her name. ( May ). scary part we send the Old form for AOS,

My spouse just received this email:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the
immigrant visa petition: NRBXXXXXXXXXX filed by XXXXXX on
behalf of XXXXXX

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and
Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying
the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future
correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the
DS-3032.

From the sounds of this, they accepted his last email to request me as his agent. Yeah :) Now...all I have to do is wait from an email from NVC or keep on checking payment portal to see if they have invoiced the IV. My AOS still says in process..waiting on that so I can send the AOS packet.

Keep the good news coming NVC...yeah goofy.gif

Morning everyone, last night I was sent a Check List from the NVC. It is requesting all Civil Docs and AOS. We are set up for EP and have already sent everything they are asking for in last week. Could this be a false check list? My Husband called the NVC last night right after getting this list and the operator didn't sound too confident....and said he can't see what we email the NVC. Just wondering if anyone has advice about how to verify if this is bogus or not.
