Did they approve your DS-3032 email ? Becoz mine was rejected twice. Should I send another one guyz ????

I just resent another DS-3032 last Friday,but haven't heard back anything yet!

The opt-in email goes to NVCElectronic, not NVCInquiry. And before sending in documents, you should wait to receive the acceptance email for being enrolled in the EP program before sending documents a

Well, since I emailed another DS-3032 on Friday, I obviously selected the first option. I am just wondering since I got the official DS-3032 email, do I need to send the Choice of Agent again?

Receiving the DS-3032 kit is meaningless for NVC actually doing something with the DS-3032 that you sent to them.

There is no connection.

OTOH, NVC isn't listening for anything, the switch is OFF, until the DS-3032 kit arrives in yer email inbox.

Well ain't this just great, now got a checklist for missing marriage certificate. Which was send with the documents. That is two checklists then for documents that were sent :(

I just got a checklist for the response to the another checklist for IV application. But I already re-submitted the IV after I got 1st checklist and it was already delivered 10 day before. Now why I am getting this new checklist. Now do I need to send the IV application again. What the hell is this. I am calling NVC.

what does it look like? Does it ask for the WHOLE IV package or something specific? If it's the whole package and you've already submitted the IV package and the AOS package, it's probably a false checklist that means they've reviewed the AOS.

Hi,

I'm still waiting on an NVC number, but I want to get all my ducks in a row with all the forms etc.

If we send in our AOS packet before June 23rd, would it be better to send the OLD I-864 form?

Is there an old I-864a form, or does this just affect the I-864 forms?

Are they not processing the new forms until June23rd!?

Have they stopped ALL AOS processing until the issue is fixed, or just the NEW I-864's?

Any further updates on your situations would be very helpful!

Yes as you said NikiR, it looks like a false checklist. I just called NVC, they said if I already submitted the document then give them more time to review it. However he also said my AOS is accepted. So that means I can ignore this checklist.

In regards to sending the AOS package, you will have to wait until the AOS shows paid. This is in reference to Saylin's post 1 or 2 at the first page of this forum.

Well it seems with my marriage certificate they thought it was not the original. Which it is, so off to supervisor review, again, on top of the AOS papers. They said 10-15 business days for that and then call again if not heard anything. Gotta love that NVC seems to screw up more that vermont did. That is 1 year then from the start of the paperwork to moving :(

The same thing happened to me with my foreign marriage certificate AND "missing papers" which were sent for the AOS. I'm still waiting on the supervisor review, which started on the 15th of May. I know it is frustrating, but know you aren't alone!

Yeah its frustrating, now both our AOS and IV are in supervisor review because the people doing the review can't do their job. Add on top of that the 254 days it took in vermont for the I130 and this is easily the most frustrating year in my life.
