I know someone who has been logging in fine checking for AOS to invoice now suddenly today they get "case# and IIN combo is not correct".

Anyone else get this? Does this mean invoicing is happening?

Just got off the phone with nvc and we have a case number! I left our emails so hopefully, we'll hear something soon. The majority of both packages are ready to go!

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Hi,

I have not had my AOS or IV invoiced yet and I have been getting this message "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information." on the payment portal since Friday. Not sure if they are invoicing it right now. I as the petitioner havent received any email from them. My spouse has sent the DS-230 choice of agent form once we got my IIN# and NVC case #, but it got rejected once. My spouse sent it the second time with "supervisor review " as the subject and they keep on saying they can't assign an agent at this time. I don't know what is going on with NVC. I am going to try to call tonite to speak to a supervisor because they are taking super long to invoice AOS and IV. Not sure what else to do, other than call in.

Micky and dubaiguy, what about you two? are u getting any AOS/IV invoiced ? or any word from NVC ?

Same thing here. "You cannot make online payments...." since Friday. No changes since then.

19APR2013 - NOA2- (processed via local field office)

29APR2013 - NVC Received Case

13MAY2013 - Case # and IIN# (DS-3032 sent)

29MAY2013 - AOS INV Received and Paid, 864W sent

30MAY2013 - Received DS-3032 Acceptance Email

31MAY2013 - AOS shows PAID

31MAY2013 - IV INV Received and Paid, ds230 sent

3JUNE2013 - IV shows PAID

19JUNE2013 - Case Complete!

17JULY2013-received interview date

28AUG2013 - Interview Date

Congrats. That is good news. By review, u mean that u have sent AOS and IV ? I thought u were waiting for that to be invoiced ?

I just got the AOS invoiced aswell :) :) :) Awesome news, I just paid it too! Yeah....we r getting there dancin5hr.gif . I think I will be re-sending the DS-3032 email as well because I think they had not yet invoiced my AOS/opened up my file so that might be why they said they couldn't assign an agent at this time. Let me give it a shot. Thanks and good luck to everyone else.

Did they approve your DS-3032 email ? Becoz mine was rejected twice. Should I send another one guyz ????

no no I wish, I think she mean but everything in systems still waiting to pay AOS and IV
