I've seen people that do the titre tests say they need measles/mumps again.

And the records office told my husband he could get measles/mumps again (because his has most likely worn off) however, the immunization list does not require a booster or current shot, only history of immunization, which my husband has from being a kid.

So does he need it again, or not? >=[

Yeah I was wondering about that as well, so I called the medical center in Spain and was told that as long as I had a history of having the vaccine that was fine, it didn't matter that it was administered in 2001. You should probably call the medical center and confirm.

I'm the beneficiary.

Morning everyone!

Called the NVC to check our documents had left the building on the 24/05 and they indeed left.

For some reason, I can not track the package as instructed by others in this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/302190-dhl-tracking-from-nvc-to-us-embassy/page-74#entry6255599.

However, I was also told that the NVC sends a paper version (the forms we send) and an electronic version so effectively embassies receive our files the minute NVC clicks a button!

Enjoy your week, here's to many case completes this week!

Grrr.. the embassy in Madrid answered the email I sent on friday, saying that they have not received the case yet. I know that's not true.. but I guess it hasn't been "input into the system" or whatever.

I'm the beneficiary.

We sent the Ds3032 with my children s email addresses and they were accepted.

I signed the DS230 on their behalf though, and these were also accepted.

You sent an different AOS for each step child?

Why not put them on PART 3.2 in the AOS form, where you also sponsor family members that are travelling with the main applicant, it sounds like if both are traveling together (or up to 6 months after) they can be on the same AOS, no?

I would do that. It's easy enough to get, one shot in the arm. Stings a little.

When I did my wife's stuff I also would send and resend important documents, I am just wondering if paying dual and even triple fees could be avoided. Someone mentioned that "linking" the cases at NVC would allow for a single AOS to work for both (spouse and stepchild).

I do need to state, Carlos is a relative of mine, that is why my interest. Either way I will try to update with what he decides to do.

thanks.

Separate sheets, (1) payment.

Got it one payment.

Next,

A little more details? (please)

Fill out one AOS with Principal Applicant (Wife) and family member (stepchild), and submit a copy of that AOS with stepdaughters barcode sheet?

or

Fill out two AOS, one with wife as Principal Applicant and another AOS with step daughter as Principal Applicant? Also, if this is the option, should each AOS mention the other family member in section 3.2 of the new version of the document.

Many Thanks.

AOS fee at NVC is only 88 bucks, regardless of the head count.

If you not see the casefiles merged at the AOS FEE BILL level, then the casefiles are NOT JOINED UP at NVC properly. You need to call in , get a supervisor, and ask that the casefiles be joined up .

ya, casefile joining up is really important, at it ensures all humans get interview on same day.
