If the expedite was approved, the case will likely be packaged and sent off within the next few days. I don't think they'll review the AOS at this point, unless the review has already begun.

Keep in contact with NVC for now to know what's happening with your case and if it's been sent out yet.

Ok thanks saylin! I'll call next week and see how things are progressing :)

I'm the beneficiary.

I received my case# and IIN on 5/10 too, but no AOS generated yet.

You giving over email addresses in a phone call to a NVC TeleOperator? It's not enough to get the GUZ # and IIN. Want an AOS FEE BILL via email? Must to give over both email addresses.

BTW - you planning to OPT IN for the OPTIONAL NVC Electronic Processing for Guangzhou ?

hello i already finish preparing my IV packet and we already paid it. its ok to send it first. The AOS still not yet ready. hope for your response thank you

AOS and IV are separate tracks - send IV if it's ready! AOS will be affected no way by sending it after IV.

Hrm. Have you read the electronic processing guide? http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Electronic_Processing

I'll assume you received your DS-3032 already from the NVC?

They were having issues like this with the website last month. Unfortunately yes, it's been seen before.

Can someone please let me know if this has happened to you....

Once our payments showed Paid, I called the NVC to see what I do next. The Operator told me to send and email to nvcelectronic to set up electronics filing, so I did! Then our lawyer sent in our AOS and IV packages, (scanned docs). I called the NVC 3 days later and they said nothing is showing as received, not even my email to set up electronic filing! So I sent another request as suggested by the Operator! Then our lawyer sent another email with our docs....I called back last night and still nothing! Ok, now I'm mad! The Operator last night said that I should of sent my request to file electronically to nvcinquiry@state.gov......well this is the 1st time I've been told about this email address.....so I sent the 3rd request last night. Then the Operator told me to wait a few days and have the lawyer send the scanned docs once again!

While all of this is going on, our lawyer called the NVC (is it true lawyers have their own number they can call)?? Our lawyer told us that she spoke to someone and they advised they have our docs and are currently reviewing out case...

I'm not too sure what to think or who to believe here!! I'm just praying that they are in fact looking at our case.

Can anyone advise if they have heard of this or been through it? Seems like we are being send in circles here.

Thanks in advance!!
