I am an EP beneficiary through Montreal. It's been two weeks since I submitted AOS and a week and a half since I submitted the DS-260 online and the IV documents. I called NVC today and she says she still cannot see them having been added to the file. I got autoresponse e-mails when I sent the files electronically. Anything I should be concerned about?

You opted in for EP and got the email acceptance, right?

Absolutely.

And you sent the emails to the correct EP address? You put the case number in the subject line?

I have followed things to the letter as described in your woonderful detailed instructions in the Montreal NVC post. I opted in, got the acceptance e-mail, have paid both fees, got access to and completed the DS-261 and then the DS-260, sent the AOS and IV documents, got an auto response e-mail each time I sent an e-mail. It all seems to have gone as it should ......except.....nothing yet.

Hmm. I'd suggest calling them up one or two more times and asking the operators on the status of the packages. If they all say the same thing, you may want to consider re-sending them (and just mention in the body this is your second time sending, the first time being on XX/XX/2013).

My status changed too. Processing at NVC to At NVC... This wait is killing me cray5ol.gif

Have you called for any updates?

Hi,

Yesterday we recieved Email from NVC with an attached document stating - Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill Invoice with $230.00. Is this packet IV bill? Can i pay this and send my husbands birth certificate, PCC and our marriage certificate, DS-230 immdly? or is this something else?. The reason i ask is, there is nothing mentioned asking to send these documents in that attached document.

We did send out AOS document last week.

Thanks,

DVV

Do I just not see a message like that in payment portal because I'm still waiting on them to invoice the IV bill, or is there somewhere else I need to be checking?
