Can someone just confirm this checklist for me on things I need for the IV packet?

I'm about to go out of town so I need to be prepared.

I've eliminated things that do not pertain to me.

1. Barcoded cover sheet
2. Personal cover sheet
3. (2) 2x2 pictures of the beneficary
6. Photocopy of the biographic page of beneficiary's passport
7. Original birth certificate of beneficiary
8. Marriage certificate of beneficiary and petitioner
9. Police clearance of beneficiary

This list is specific to Montreal which does not include copies since I submit everything in an email.

They can print it twice if they want copies

Good morning everyone!

I received an email for each of our 3 cases last night about the DS 3032 saying this:

'The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the
immigrant visa petition: PRSXXXXXXXXXX filed by XXXXXXX on
behalf of XXXXXXX.
We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and
Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying
the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future
correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the
DS-3032. '
Does this mean they have been accepted?
Also, it mentions at the end of the email 'Foreign State Chargeability: UK and Northern Ireland' for my children and France for myself - could this be because they were born in the UK (but are French nonetheless)? Does this affect anything?
Thnaks for your precious help!

Yup, that's the acceptance!

Foreign State of Chargeability is just basically where they're born. Doesn't affect anything.

Hello I just call NVC regarding the Invoice Identification Number they told me they still have not invoice me so They can not provide the IIN number till 7 bussiness dates. haiz I thought it will fast as soon I got my case number. how long it takes to get IIN base on co vj experience. Hope for your reply thank you

Call back again later tonight (right before the close) as they may have generated it then.

Like Niki said, looks good! good.gif

Good thing I took another look at this today.

Guess I gotta get some passport photos done tonight.

You can take your own photos if you have a good camera and a white/off-white wall ;)

Is the NVC phone line always busy?

No, I generally call at 745am eastern and don't wait.

Today, I called at about 715 and waited about 6 minutes.

In the middle of the day, it tends to be busy and you just keep calling.

Grats on getting it! good.gif

As long as you gave over both email addresses, yes, you can email the DS-3032.

Luisa, you can send the DS-3032 as soon as you know your case number, whatever fees you have paid or not paid.
