Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Good morning everyone!

I received an email for each of our 3 cases last night about the DS 3032 saying this:

'The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the
immigrant visa petition: PRSXXXXXXXXXX filed by XXXXXXX on
behalf of XXXXXXX.
We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and
Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying
the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future
correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the
DS-3032. '
Does this mean they have been accepted?
Also, it mentions at the end of the email 'Foreign State Chargeability: UK and Northern Ireland' for my children and France for myself - could this be because they were born in the UK (but are French nonetheless)? Does this affect anything?
Thnaks for your precious help!

I translated them myself, and included a statement at the bottom that said I was fluent in both languages, and signed it. I like that about dealing with USCIS and NVC, they don't require accredited translators.. When dealing with paperwork in Spain (to get my husbands student visa), they require you to get everything translated by "sworn" translators.. and its costs a lot of $$.

I guess you could include the copy of your english degree but you definitely don't have to.

Thanks Lucid.

Would you mind sharing the statement you included at the end of the translation?

I also think I got the DS-3032s accepted yesterday :)

I have a question in regards to Saylin's note here in the montreal wiki:

"Remember, if it’s a checklist for the AOS package, include the cover sheet from the AOS bill. If it’s a checklist for the IV package, include the cover sheet from the IV bill."

Perhaps I'm being stupid, but I can only see (1) cover sheet in my payment portal.

At the bottom of the page, it has a "Print Document Cover Sheet" Button.

But it also seems to be talking about AOS stuff in the same spot.

Screw it, I decided to include a screen shot, because I'm just not seeing where to get the IV cover sheet.

The cover sheet specifically says Affidavit of Support.

See how your IV bill says "in process"

You should be able to click on "select" beside it and print the cover sheet from that as well.

I just did from my own page.
