So, starting to wonder what's up since they still haven't invoiced the IV fee yet. AOS was invoiced last week, and from looking at other people's timelines, it looks like they usually get invoiced around the same time. Does this deserve a call and a nudge, or is it normal and I should just sit tight? (I've already submitted the DS-261 online, and had my case accepted for EP, if that makes any difference.)

Have you tried talking to tier 2 rep at USCIS? If yes, Have they created a case request on your behalf?

If not, I would call them and talk to tier 2 rep. and ask them if I-130 was mailed out? Keep in mind, if they havent' they will say they do not have access to that information yet? If they have they should be able to give you exact date when the file left for NVC.

My case was approved on February 15 and didnt got to nvc till April 8. Did your case got processed at a local field office or a service center? Mine was processed at a local office so I got an infopass after a month of wating and talked to them. They help me out by telling me that my case was still there, and that probably was going to be leaving at the beginning of april and it did. So, you might want to schedule an infopass if your case was process at a local field office.

I got my IV bill today and pay for. Tomorrow Im sending the packet. SO EXCITED!!!!!

Im not sure about the DS260 if thats the case then ill be sending DS230.

WOW! I was hoping it would be alot quicker. Im hoping they'll accept my expedite request once NVC receives my case. And what is an info pass? Who did you contact for that?

Ok so I am assuming is hasn't, the Tier 2 rep I previously spoke to said he didn't have access to that. GRRRRRRR! Im on hold for a Tier 2 rep right now hoping they can do something for me :(

Im pretty sure you have to do the DS-230. I havent seen anything for the DS-260 in the Embassy website.

The Infopass is an appointment you make for your local field office. You ban go to the USCIS website and on the top left corner you will see where it say.Infopass appointments.
