dancin5hr.gif So I got the text and email today saying that they are sending me an NOIR dancin5hr.gif

I know that I now have 30 days to give them additional evidence of our relationship and I already have most of it ready, just gotta get it together and organize it all.

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice, pointers for me at this time in the process. Also wondering if there is such thing as too much information as far as sending in our evidence.

Thank you all!!!!! :)

As i know getting NOIR is not bad . something is better then nothing and this kind of problem any one can get.you are going to get another chance to prove so be ready and strike again with more evidences/supportive documents.Good luck.you will win.

I admire you for doing it yourself. I used a lawyer. Send in as much proof of relationship from the time you first met until the present as you can. Answer every complaint they have about your relationship.

There is nothing like "too much information", this is your last chance to send them all the proofs before their decision.

Normally NOIR has all the issues that were found during interview/investigation and you need to address all the issues with explantion and back it up with evidence

Good luck, if does not want to address anything, please send me personal email.

Is noir a good thing to get?

It can be. If you had to turn in your I-130 with no supporting documentation because you had just got married and had nothing to show for your relationship, you would have time to get your evidence together before you got the NOIR. I don't recommend it though!

Thanks. I just dont have the money for a lawyer and I dont trust lawyers anyways. Anytime I have used one they have screwed me over. Once you break the process down into steps and do alot of homework, its not so overwhelming. Also this website is a godsend
